A Word From Our Lead Chef
There is nothing quite like breaking bread and sharing wine with friends and family. It creates memories, brings people closer together, forms new relationships, and can transport us somewhere completely magical! If I can spend my life giving that gift to my clients, then I am truly lucky.
I have been cooking for eighteen years in some of the most respected, disciplined, and revered restaurants in the United Kingdom and the Caribbean. I have trained with some greatly talented chefs and have become extremely driven to excel at my craft.
The best thing about moving into the private catering space is that I get to interact with my customers more than ever before. I get to experience their reactions, listen to their feedback, and see their smiles as they try my dishes. This to me is priceless!
My goal is to make life taste better to strive towards this end every day!
Our Expertise.
Chef Eliot has over 18 years experience in the culinary arts, originally heralding from the UK. Having been a Head Chef at Catch, as well as contributing to some amazing experiences in “Agua” such as the Sommelier standoffs, Eliot's is now known as one of the best private catering chefs in the Cayman Islands.
