Chef Eliot has worked in some fantastic and well respected restaurants and hotels around the UK, from Cardiff to London and Devon before deciding to see what else the world had to offer. Moving to Bermuda and working in the best restaurants out there for four years before deciding to move to Grand Cayman where he now calls home.
Over the last few years in Grand Cayman, Chef Eliot has been the Head Chef at Catch, a favorite with both locals and tourists, as well as contributing to some amazing experiences in “Agua” such as “Sommelier standoff events”
For several months Chef Eliot was bringing clients extraordinary tasting menus and corporate events in “The Tasting Room” before deciding to venture out as a private chef.
Chef Eliot’s training and passion lies in fine dining and pastry and he is seeking to make his mark on Cayman. Offering up a high standard of product and exciting new ideas to his clients and hopes to leave them with unforgettable experiences.
